These are just a few of a thousand sketches I did before we finally settled on the design that you know and love. Some are pretty funky but it's interesting to see the development process and what parts we decided to keep and throw away.
nice concepts! I like how a few of the subs have kind of a hammer head shark look with the front ends. I think the final design was nice because it was more simple for the animators to work with, but some of these would work awesome if translated into comics.
